Water and Mold Problems in Las Vegas Home

This Las Vegas home called us after they found a spot of mold growing on their ceiling. The culprit was a couple of broken tiles on the roof that allowed water to get in during the rainy season.

The technicians of SERVPRO of Summerlin North/Sun City have a lot of experience with leaking roofs in the Las Vegas area. We needed to remove the ceiling and parts of the wall to remove all the mold. It was important to contain the mold only to the contaminated areas using plastic sheets. During the mold remediation the roof was fixed along with some other tiles that were close to causing a problem.
