When a home has this much damage the adjuster and the Project Manager have to determine if it is more costly to clean the drywall vs replacing the drywall. Technically the drywall can be restored but in this case it was less expensive to remove the drywall and replace it entirely.

Once the room had all of the damaged building materials removed we were able to fully deodorize the home using ozone and thermal fogging techniques. One thing that is often missed is the air ducting and filters. It is just as important to clean to help freshen the air within the home.
